Since everything runs in your browser, the limit depends on your device's memory. Most devices can handle 10-20 PDFs or up to 100 MB total without issues.
Are my PDFs uploaded to a server?
No. All merging happens entirely in your browser using pdf-lib. Your files never leave your device.
Can I reorder pages from different PDFs?
You can reorder the entire PDFs before merging. All pages from each PDF are included in order. For individual page reordering, use the PDF Split tool first, then merge the specific pages.
Will the merge preserve bookmarks and links?
The merge preserves page content, images, and text. Some advanced features like bookmarks, form fields, or JavaScript may not be preserved in all cases.
